Reliability & Energy Efficiency
The boiler is equipped with a plunger pump or diaphragm pump, using fully proportional variable frequency control to deliver continuous feedwater. This maximizes continuity and energy efficiency, while avoiding frequent pump start-stop cycles. As a result, the quality of high-dryness steam is consistently ensured.
Modular boiler design for higher system efficiency
Direct-current coil steam boilers support a modular configuration (up to <200 tons of steam), allowing multiple units to operate in parallel. Thanks to their unique rapid start-up response, the number of operating units can be closely matched to real-time steam demand. This ensures that each boiler operates at peak efficiency, effectively avoiding the energy waste often seen with oversized single boilers running under low load. As a result, the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler system is significantly improved.
