Boiler structure: Chengfu horizontal oil-fired and gas-fired hot water boilers are divided into two-pass and three-pass full wet back structures with central flame return. The three-pass fire tube boiler consists of a corrugated furnace, a light tube or a threaded tube arranged symmetrically in the center to form a heating surface. The high-temperature flue gas turns from the small smoke chamber into the smoke pipe to the front smoke box and then enters the rear smoke box and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. The unique structure and novel design, sufficient heating surface and some enhanced heat transfer methods make the boiler thermal efficiency reach an ideal state. In terms of safety, it integrates explosion-proof doors and digital control systems to ensure safety.

 

Boiler advantages: The horizontal series of hot water boilers are divided into two structures: normal pressure and pressure-bearing. The wide range of products depends on the user's site. The pressure-bearing hot water boiler is more adaptable to users with higher heating requirements. The boiler is shipped as a whole (integrating safety room, inlet and outlet valves, check valves, sewage room, instruments, and control systems), and the pipeline systems within the scope of supply are already connected. The boiler is made of color steel plate, the base, front and rear smoke boxes are beautifully designed, and the installation is simple and quick. It can be put into operation by simply connecting the power supply, water source, fuel pipeline, water inlet and outlet pipeline, sewage pipeline, etc.
