Burner: Select imported brand-name burners that match Weifu boiler products to ensure boiler thermal efficiency and meet energy-saving and low-nitrogen requirements.
Front and rear smoke boxes: The front and rear smoke boxes can be moved for easy maintenance and repair. The outer door panels of the smoke boxes are insulated with air to reduce the touch temperature of the panels.
Wet back combustion chamber: 100% water-wrapped fire structure design to improve boiler efficiency.
Corrugated furnace: Increase the heating area and have good thermal elasticity to alleviate the damage to the combustion chamber caused by thermal expansion and contraction; the large-volume furnace is conducive to full combustion, fuel saving, and achieving low-nitrogen goals.
Threaded smoke pipe: Enhance heat exchange efficiency and improve boiler efficiency.

Control system: After the boiler is started, it runs automatically, and the combustion, water level, temperature, steam pressure, etc. are automatically adjusted according to the settings to achieve automatic and safe operation of the boiler.
Energy saver: It adopts an integrated fin tube structure to fully absorb the sensible heat in the flue gas, effectively reduce the flue gas temperature and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
Insulation structure: 100mm double-layer high bulk density insulation structure is adopted to reduce the external touch temperature of the boiler to room temperature, which not only increases safety but also greatly improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
9. Condenser: Corrosion-resistant ND steel finned tubes are adopted to fully recover the latent heat of vaporization released during the condensation of water vapor, further reduce the smoke temperature and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
